Mr. Ravinder Kumar Dhingra brings to TransGlobe Overseas a legacy of over four decades in public service under Haryana Government, distinguished by integrity, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Retired from the post of Chief accounts officer, SAS cadre and having served in multiple senior gazetted positions, he has played a pivotal role in policy implementation and governance.
At TransGlobe, he extends this rich administrative experience into the entrepreneurial domain, offering strategic direction, strong governance frameworks, and a values-driven leadership style. His deep understanding of systems, compliance, and institutional functioning provides the company with a solid foundation for sustainable and credible growth.

Nikhar Dhingra is a dynamic professional whose journey reflects discipline, global exposure, and entrepreneurial vision. An ex-mariner with nearly a decade of experience in the Merchant Navy, he developed a strong foundation in resilience, precision, and adaptability before transitioning to business.
A defining element of his journey is his extensive, on-ground research in Panipat—widely known as the “Manchester of India”—where he gained deep insights into the textiles and furnishings market. This experience continues to shape his strategic and quality-driven approach.
Mr. Dhingra holds certification in export–import practices and provides consultancy services to SMEs. His portfolio includes premium projects at Camelias Soft Furnishings, Central Park, and PP Jewellers, along with collaborations across hospitality and healthcare sectors.
